I can neither send nor receive mail.

First make sure that you are current with your invoices. If that’s not the problem, make sure that mailbox exists and it isn't full.

If your domain has just been registered very recently or if you have recently changed the DNS for your domain, you may have to wait up to 24 hours for the information to be updated.

You can also check whether or not webmail is working for your account if it is, than something is wrong with your email settings.
