If my account has been suspended, can it still be renewed?

You have 30 days from the renewal date to pay and retain your site and its content. If 30 days passes you will need to contract a new provider.

If a domain renewal is not renewed within 30 days, it becomes available to the public. Consequently we advise you to renew in a timely manner.

Your website will function for 7 days after the due date. If you renew, these 7 days will be deducted.
