Where can I change files or folders permissions?

Permissions can be changed at cPanel - "File Manager" - select files/folder - click "Change permission".

Go to «Preferences» → «Change Language».

Go to the "Files" block, click on the "Backup" icon.Note: You can restore only partial backups...

You can do that in the customer area, go to "Services" - "My services" - "View details" - "Change...

It takes from 12 - 48 hours for this to be done, you have to be patient.
