What are the settings for an FTP-connection?

Go to cPanel "Files" - "FTP-accounts".

Go to the "Special FTP Accounts" table where you will be able to see the settings for you main FTP account, click "more" to get the details.

2. In the dialog box that opens, enter mylogin@ip and proceed


Note: If you have directed your domain to Sherlockhost, enter your domain name instead of Server IP.
