How can I create an FTP-account?

When you buy hosting from us this includes one main FTP account that has access to all hosting folders. The password for it is the same as the cPanel password that is in your welcome email.

Additional FTP can be created which have access only to specific folders. The number of FTP accounts available to you depends on your hosting plan.

To create an additional FTP account go to cPanel - "Files" - "FTP accounts”.
